You will perform initial evaluations and follow-up visits with a strong team support from physicians and other clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey NP License.
• PMHNP required; DEA registration or eligibility.
• Experience or strong interest in geriatric psychiatry.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial evaluations and follow-up visits onsite at client facilities.
• Manage psychiatric medication and provide supportive psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with primary care, psychology, nursing and families as part of a team.
• Maintain compliant documentation and use EHR systems.
