Senior Care Therapy, LLC seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide medication management and supportive psychotherapy in assisted living and long-term care facilities across NY & NJ. You will conduct initial evaluations and follow-ups onsite, collaborating closely with a team of psychiatrists and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey NP license.
• PMHNP certification as required by state.
• Experience or strong interest in geriatric psychiatry or long-term care.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong oral and written English communication.
• Proficiency with technology and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits onsite.
• Manage medication plans for depression, anxiety, and cognitive disorders; provide psychotherapy as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, nurses, and facility staff to coordinate care.
• Maintain streamlined documentation and comply with regulatory requirements.
