Eventus WholeHealth in Virginia is hiring a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to deliver behavioral health services and psychiatric medication management in skilled nursing and senior living communities.

You will perform rounds, assess and manage mental health conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents and families while maintaining continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice.
• Professional patient care experience.
• Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry preferred.
• Exceptional patient-centered service, including compassionate communication and active listening.
• Strong collaboration skills across interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management within skilled nursing and senior living communities.
• Perform routine patient rounds and ongoing mental health evaluation and management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive well-being.
• Work with facility partners to ensure continuity of care and optimize treatment plans.
• Promote a therapeutic environment and contribute to improved quality of life for residents.
