Job summary

Spencer Britt in south Boston, MA seeks BE/BC Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine physician to join a dedicated care team serving adults 65+. The Primary Care Physician will guide our patients to build their best lives according to their goals.

You will perform in-person exams and telehealth visits with the support of a Medical Technician Partners team, document visits in Athena, and collaborate to address social needs as part of the care team.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-person exams and telehealth visits with patients aged 65+.
• Collaborate with a dedicated care team of case managers, MAs, and medical technicians.
• Document visits and clinical notes in Athena EMR.
• Coordinate with ER providers and follow up on patients’ health journeys.
• Provide on-call support for escalated cases.
