Job summary

WVU Medicine Wheeling Continuous Care Center is seeking a Primary Care Physician to manage a panel of nursing home patients and provide coordinated care in collaboration with facility staff.

The successful candidate will address routine and acute medical needs while ensuring high-quality care across multiple nursing home settings in Wheeling, WV. MD/DO with geriatrics training and board eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Fellowship in Geriatrics, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Geriatrics, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required.
