Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Family Medicine physician for a physician-led organization in the Denver Metro area.

You will care for a panel of medically complex seniors in assisted living with 8–10 patients per day and a flexible weekday schedule centered on quality care rather than volume.

Compensation includes a $250k-$300k base with performance incentives, comprehensive benefits, CME, licensure support, and generous PTO.

Responsibilities

• Care for a dedicated panel of medically complex seniors in established assisted living and senior living communities
• See just 8-10 patients per day, allowing ample time to deliver thoughtful, comprehensive care
• Flexible weekday schedule designed around quality patient care rather than volume expectations
• Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on vulnerable patient populations while helping reduce hospitalizations and improve outcomes
• Focus on patient care while a dedicated operations team manages scheduling, billing, IT, triage, and marketing support
• Extremely minimal call burden, with physicians serving in a backup-only capacity, NP-managed primary call, and no in-person call responsibilities
• Established and highly respected practice with more than 25 years of success in the Denver market
