Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Geriatrics-oriented Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established physician-led geriatric practice in the Denver metro area. The 12-provider group emphasizes longevity and career satisfaction with supportive leadership and a team-based approach.

Ideal candidates have Primary Care or direct Geriatrics experience and will work in a 100% outpatient setting with a 4-day work week, no on-call requirements, and a focus on complex comorbidity management using EPIC

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioners with Primary Care or direct Geriatrics experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient role with a 4-day work week.
• No call, weekends, nights or holidays.
• 8–12 patients per day focusing on wellness visits, hospital follow ups, and acute illness.
• Average patient age around 80 with complex comorbidity management.
• EPIC EMR used with robust onsite support staff.
