Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice nursing or as a Physician Assistant in Arizona.
• Experience with patients who have comorbid conditions is preferred.
• Must be able to travel between multiple centers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care to a Medicare-aged patient population.
• Provide comprehensive care while building relationships with patients.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals.

Skills

Experience in primary care (internal medicine, geriatrics, family medicine)

Current BLS/ACLS certification

Interpersonal skills

Confidence in delivering high quality primary care

Ability to manage Medicare-aged patient populations

Education

Current nursing or Physician Assistant license in Arizona
