Job summary

IL FOOT & ANKLE CLINIC MEDICAL CORP is looking for a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to deliver podiatry-related medical care in nursing homes throughout Louisiana. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work independently while caring for geriatric patients.

Qualified candidates will hold an active Louisiana NP license and will have reliable transportation. Experience in geriatrics and podiatry is preferred but not required. Competitive compensation and mileage reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active NP license in Louisiana.
• Authorization to work legally in the U.S. is mandatory.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide podiatry-related medical care to nursing home residents.
• Perform patient evaluations and follow-up care.
• Assist with treatment of common foot and lower extremity conditions.
• Complete clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with facility staff and supervising physician.
