Job summary

The MedServ Group is seeking a Podiatrist to join our team serving residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities. This position offers part-time compensation options including CPT code payments or 35%-40% of collections (about $1,100–$1,250 per visit).

You will diagnose and treat foot and leg conditions, collaborate with a care team, and ensure high-quality geriatric podiatric care. Candidates should hold a DPM, have state licensure, and at least 2 years of clinical experience with elderly patients;

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Podiatric Medicine (DPM) and active state license.
• 2 years plus experience in a clinic or hospital.
• Excellent knowledge of therapeutic and surgical treatments for the lower extremities.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Examining patient legs and feet to diagnose diseases.
• Treating foot and leg injuries such as fractures, corn and calluses.
• Referring out foot and ankle surgeries where necessary.
• Prescribing joint pain relief medication and foot orthoses to improve mobility.
• Advising patients on foot care and general wellness practices.
