Bayhealth Medical Center in Dover, Delaware, is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible physician to provide comprehensive clinical care across ambulatory and hospital settings. The role includes exams, diagnostic interpretation, patient education, and coordination of referrals, with ongoing licensure and CME obligations to maintain certification.

You will join a collaborative medical staff, participate in quality initiatives, and contribute to Bayhealth's mission of delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• MD degree and residency completion required.
• Geriatric fellowship is required.

Responsabilités

• Perform physical exams and document findings promptly.
• Utilize tests and provide referrals/consultations as appropriate.
• Educate patients to promote wellness and address risk behaviours.
• Provide coverage in ambulatory and/or hospital settings during hours, evenings, and weekends.
• Maintain credentialing and licensure, including CME requirements.
• Safely dispense medications with consideration of allergies and drug interactions.
• Participate in Bayhealth Medical Staff activities and committees; stay current with knowledge and research.
• Support Bayhealth strategy and improve patient care through collaboration.
