Job summary
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Qualifications
- Certified PTA credential (CPTA)
- Experience in geriatric/skilled nursing settings preferred
- On-site role in MA
- Ability to work with interdisciplinary team
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Implement PT treatment plans focused on improving mobility, function, safety and quality of life.
- Perform therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, functional activities.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and home programs
