Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The role supports a full-time schedule as well as PRN shifts, focusing on geriatric patients and independent therapy under supervision.

The PTA will assist with mobility-enhancing therapies, pain relief, and overall wellness, contributing to residents’ functional gains and quality of life within a compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the state of practice is required or able to obtain licensure.
• Geriatric care experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.

Responsabilités

• Assist the physical therapist with therapies to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Promote overall fitness and wellness for residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Participate in functional activities to enhance residents' experience and independence.
• Maintain patient records and assist with treatment planning as needed.
