Responsibilities

• Provide rehab services to geriatric and sub-acute residents under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans including therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, and educate patients and families.
