Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehab for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, and document patient progress.

You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote safety, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Ability to implement individualized rehab plans under a PT.
• Capable of leading therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
• Strong documentation of patient progress.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team to promote safety and QoL.
