Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy screenings and evaluations to determine patient physical status.

• Develop and implement treatment plans to maximize independence.
• Provide direct patient care according to productivity standards.
• Supervise PTAs and aides as assigned.
• Maintain medical records with accurate documentation.
