Job summary

Liberty Health Southport in Southport, NC seeks an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehab center. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and work within a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and quality of life.

The ideal candidate is licensed in North Carolina, with a background in SNF rehab and a commitment to compassionate, hands-on therapy in-house with local management support.

Qualifications

• Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Certificate / license: Must be licensed in the state where the SNF is located.
• Experience: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans.
• Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments.
• In-house therapy with local management support.
