Job summary

Garden Springs Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist to assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing Physical Therapy Services to maintain the highest quality resident care in compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, a current license, and successful national certification, with the ability to work independently or in a team, and to communicate effectively with staff and residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapist.
• Must possess current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A physical examination and/or evidence from a physician indicating freedom of communicable disease to be available upon employment.
• Must be in good physical and mental health.
• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Effective communication with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing Physical Therapy Services to ensure quality resident care, in accordance with current standards, guidelines, and regulations.
