Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. As a PTA you will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and caregivers, and help ensure safe discharges.
