This on-site role focuses on delivering individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings, implementing treatment plans to improve mobility, safety, and quality of life.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, perform therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and provide education to patients and caregivers.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in good standing.
• Experience with seniors in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred.
• On‑site role in Berkeley Township, NJ.
• Ability to implement PT treatment plans and document progress.
