The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist, focusing on functional mobility, safety, and independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with active state credential.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with SNF/long-term care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the PT.

• Assist with transfers and functional mobility activities.
