Flagship Therapy is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team at Rosewood Rehabilitation Center in Reno, Nevada. This role focuses on screening, evaluation, and treatment of patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care, delivering rehabilitative interventions per regulatory standards.

Open to therapists at all experience levels, including new grads. License is required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment.
• Administer procedures as part of rehabilitation plan (manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, assistive devices, wound care).
• Provide counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Generate discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.
