FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to provide in-home, one-on-one OT services in Janesville, WI and surrounding communities. Join a clinician-led private practice that offers flexible scheduling and a strong mentoring program for new grads.

We value autonomous, evidence-based care, ongoing education, and a team approach that emphasizes functional outcomes for aging populations. Eligible for medical/dental/vision plans and 401k where qualified.

Formación

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
• Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Current CPR certification
