Job summary

Responsibilities include evaluating client needs, developing individualized treatment plans, coordinating with care teams, and documenting progress to improve independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• One+ year experience with geriatric population preferred.
• Must be licensed as an OT in Minnesota and maintain licensure.
• NBCOT certification required; CPR/First Aid required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients to improve their ability to perform daily living tasks, basic motor functions and cognitive abilities.
