Job summary

Blue Stone Therapy in Coralville, IA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients at Lantern Park Specialty Care. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active OTA license or eligibility to obtain one in the applicable state.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment in accordance with established plans of care.
• Implement individualized treatment programs focused on functional and measurable outcomes.
• Treat adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting and rehabilitation settings.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress with the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation to support quality care and reimbursement standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and facility staff to support positive patient outcomes.
