Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, strength, mobility, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients improve daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams and nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient progress.
