Job summary

Renewal Rehab seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. This on-site role delivers compassionate, evidence-based interventions under an OT supervisor to improve safety, independence, and quality of life.

You will document in the EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and caregivers, in a patient-centered culture with mentorship and opportunities for growth focused on quality outcomes in senior care.

Qualifications

• OTA certification or associate degree required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
• Competency in documentation and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions under OT supervision.

• Document progress and outcomes in the EMR.
