Renewal Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings.

This on-site role delivers compassionate, evidence-based interventions under the direction of an OT to improve safety, functional independence, and quality of life.You will implement individualized plans, document in the EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must have OTA credential and be eligible for licensure.
• Ability to document treatment plans in EMR accurately.
• Strong communication with seniors and care teams.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions under OT supervision.
