Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing, Veterans Homes, or healthcare as an OT leader.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in Net Health Rehab as the primary operating software.
• Valid Texas OT license.
• Experience in healthcare/hospitality or related field.
• Passion for geriatric care in a retirement community.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services per plan of care with ongoing treatment.
• Supervise COTAs and Rehab Techs where required and perform case management.
• Maintain professional conduct and ensure quality service with facilities and clients.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations regarding occupational therapy.
