Job summary

Renewal Rehab in Illinois is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. You will assess functional abilities, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver interventions that promote independence and safety.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care settings preferred.
