Responsibilities

• Initiate and fulfill a plan of care focused on ADLs and mobility.
• Provide OT services and supervise assistants as needed.
• Educate patient, family, and staff on OT techniques for daily activities.
• Complete daily treatment notes and discharge documentation per Medicare guidelines.
