Greenhills Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team. Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapist college or university.
• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred but not required.
• Oversee and supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Strong documentation writing skills and ability to maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Set realistic goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families on therapy methods.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and collaborate with other disciplines.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and Residents' Rights.
