Rocky Mountain Health Care Services (RMHCS) in Colorado Springs seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver high‑quality therapy across outpatient, home health, and geriatric settings. You will assess, treat, and monitor progress for participants with diverse conditions, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

The role requires full OT licensure in Colorado, NBCOT certification, and capability to work across multiple care settings.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral occupational therapy program.
• NBCOT certification as occupational therapist.
• Active (or pending) Colorado OT license; final offer contingent on license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide occupational therapy services to address acute and chronic conditions.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings and coordinate care with other clinicians.
• Perform initial and routine OT assessments and plan therapy treatments.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on thorough evaluations.
• Educate family and caregivers to maximize participant independence and safety.
• Assess home environment for durability equipment and home modifications.
• Provide supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary team plan of care.
• Instruct aides and students and ensure documentation compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
