Qualifications

• Graduate from Occupational Therapy program.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop effective treatment plans to restore or maintain patient function.
• Plan and administer medically prescribed therapy treatments in a skilled nursing facility.
• Document patient progress and communicate with care teams.
