Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions that improve safety, independence, and quality of life.

You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document in EMR, and educate patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current OT license in the state.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute settings preferred.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and adjust care as needed.
