Job summary

Renewal Rehab seeks a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities in Junction City, Kansas. This onsite role will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, cognition, and safety.

You will document in an EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active state license as Occupational Therapist (OTR).
• Experience with seniors in SNF/post-acute settings preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Junction City, KS.
