Our state-of-the-art facility provides exceptional sub-acute rehabilitation and long-term care services, with a focus on comfort, dignity, and well-being for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to our residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate records and reports
