FutureCare is seeking a Geriatric Nursing Assistant to join our resident-focused care team. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and provide compassionate support in a skilled nursing environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current GNA license (Maryland) and possess a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and empathetic patient care are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and oral care.
• Take vital signs at shift start and as directed.
• Respond to calls for assistance and monitor residents' condition and behavior.
• Document care activities in a timely manner.
• Transport residents as needed and provide companionship.
