Elkton Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Elkton, MD is seeking qualified Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs). You will provide hands-on care and work with a nursing team to maintain residents’ independence and well-being.

What you'll do

• Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ALDs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
• Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.
• Monitor residents’ health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
• Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.

What you need
