PCMA – Primary Care is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding team serving residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. You will provide patient-centered care, manage chronic and acute conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted NP license in the state of practice.
Current DEA license or ability to obtain DEA licensure.
