Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and post-acute geriatric care in a Springfield, MO skilled nursing facility.

The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no call, no nights, and no weekends, and includes 4 weeks of PTO plus 1 week CME, full benefits, and a collaborative, team-based environment. Expect duties in patient assessments, care planning, and coordination with physicians.

Qualifications

• Must hold NP or PA licensure in Missouri.
• Experience in geriatric or SNF settings preferred.
• Schedule is Monday–Friday with no call, no weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver provider-level direct patient care to geriatric patients in a SNF.
• Perform assessments, orders, and care planning.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for coordinated care.
