Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Ozark, MO. You will deliver primary and post-acute care to geriatric patients within a team-based environment.

The role features a Monday-Friday schedule, no call, no nights or weekends, plus 4 weeks PTO and 1 week CME, with full benefits including health, dental, vision, and more. You will perform provider-level direct patient care to residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold NP or PA credential and be licensed to practice.
• Experience in geriatric primary/post-acute care is preferred.
