Job summary

Medical Director Services PC in Douglasville, GA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to serve a skilled nursing facility. New grads welcome and an excellent salary will be offered commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary care provider to long and short term residents at a skilled nursing facility.
• Perform physical examinations, assess health, obtain and update histories.
• Collaborate with medical attending/physician and nursing home staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Educate residents and families, develop evidence-based care plans aligned with patient needs.
