Job summary

Pacific Medical Specialty Group, LLC is seeking a compassionate and clinically confident Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide full-time medical care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings in Billings, Montana.

You will work in a collaborative environment with a physician and clinical staff, delivering high-quality post-acute and geriatric care while developing long-term relationships with residents, families, and facility teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Active and unrestricted Montana license, or ability to obtain one.
• National board certification or board eligibility by start date.
• DEA registration and prescriptive authority, or ability to obtain them.
• NPI number.
• Eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment and care plans.
• Order and interpret laboratory testing, imaging, and other diagnostics.
• Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice.
• Provide post-hospital and transitional care follow-up.
• Address cognitive, behavioral, functional, and medical changes.
• Educate residents and families regarding diagnoses and treatment plans.
