Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. seeks a friendly PCP Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care in long-term care facilities. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat residents, order tests, and develop treatment plans.

DEA license and LTC experience are required. The position offers a full-time role with a competitive salary range ($150,000–$200,000 annually) and company-sponsored benefits, including life insurance, disability coverage, and PTO.

Qualifications

• DEA license required.
• At least 6 months experience in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care.
• Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat residents' physical and mental well-being.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and administer treatments.
• Provide counseling to residents and their families.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for seamless coordination of care.
• Manage chronic conditions and monitor progress.
• Make appropriate adjustments to care plans.
