Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth seeks licensed clinical professionals to deliver recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in skilled nursing and assisted living settings. You will assess residents, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and facility staff to support quality of life.

Positions require doctoral-level licensure in psychology or a master’s degree in social work with an active state license for the chosen track, with HIPAA-compliant practice and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Doctoral-level licensure to practice psychology or equivalent required.
• Master's in social work with active state license required for respective therapy tracks.
• Knowledge of DSM and diagnostic tools.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and confidentiality rules.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents with consent to determine needs and develop treatment plans.
• Consult with primary care physicians, facility staff, and Eventus staff.
• Document treatment plans and sessions per policy and submit records within 48 hours.
• Communicate care needs with facility staff and residents’ families as appropriate.
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to regulatory standards.
