Job summary

Vital HealthCare Solutions is expanding its Psychology Department and seeks Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to provide compassionate behavioral health care within skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities across the Northeast.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW or LPC license (required).
• Experience in geriatric mental health or long-term care (preferred).
• Compassionate, collaborative clinician who thrives in interdisciplinary settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual psychotherapy and counseling using evidence-based practices.
• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with Psychology and Psychiatry teams and facility staff to provide integrated care.
• Work with a diverse population addressing a wide range of emotional and behavioral health needs.
