Providence ElderPlace Spokane is seeking a Per Diem Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with interest and experience in Geriatric Medicine to join an established team in Spokane, Washington. You'll join an interdisciplinary team in a program delivering comprehensive care and social services for older adults.

The position is predominantly outpatient, with some care in nursing homes and patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine and/or palliative/hospice care preferred.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Outpatient focus with some nursing homes/home visits expected.

You'll join an interdisciplinary team and provide older adults with a single, coordinated program of comprehensive care and social services (known as PACE). • Predominantly outpatient with some care in nursing homes and patients' homes
• Monday to Friday; no on-call coverage
• Geriatric Medicine and/or palliative and Hospice Medic fellowship or 1 year of experience in long-term care preferred.
• Position is primarily located in Spokane, WA, may occasionally work some shifts in other sites.
• Compensation is $150.36 per hour
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
