Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a dynamic Medical Director/Attending Physician to oversee comprehensive care in skilled nursing and long-term facilities.

You will provide leadership, guidance, and direction to clinical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices across the team. The role emphasizes governance, credentialing, and program development, with a focus on geriatric care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have medical leadership experience in long-term care settings.
• CMD certification preferred.
• Extensive experience overseeing medical staff and quality programs.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in LTC facilities.
• Ability to lead credentialing and QA initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing oversight and mentorship to medical staff.
• Lead credentialing and interview processes for new staff.
• Chair or co-chair the QAPI committee quarterly.
• Ensure DOH survey readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Lead development and implementation of new clinical programs.
• Stay informed on geriatric care advancements to evolve services.
• Provide direct patient care when needed to maintain quality.
