P3 Health Partners is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant for full-time work focused on complex geriatric patients. Roles include in-office visits, telemedicine, and on-site home visits to senior facilities with an emphasis on coordinating with physicians and the care team to deliver high-quality, compliant care.

Travel within West Omaha, NE is occasional; pay ranges from $20.00 to $26.00 per hour based on experience, with HIPAA compliance and ongoing professional development encouraged.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Certification is required.
• Experience in home care or house calls preferred.
• Experience in geriatric care preferred.
• Flexible, self-driven, collaborative and innovative personality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visits coordinating with the interdisciplinary P3 team in various settings.
• Escalate concerns to the provider or designated team member.
• Collaborate with the team to support value-based care.
• Verify patient information, obtain vitals, and record medical history and medications.
• Perform procedures (venipuncture, ear lavage, medication administration) and specimen handling.
• Perform administrative duties as part of the care team.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and PHI handling.
• Participate in quality improvement, documentation audits, and training.
